PLC Programming

The Foundation of Industrial Automation Systems

PLC Programming

PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) forms the brain of machines, conveyors, robots and all automation systems in factories and production lines. At Botex System we offer expert programming services on Siemens S7-300/400/1200/1500, Allen-Bradley and Mitsubishi PLC platforms.

PLC software written from scratch for each project and developed specifically for customer processes is designed with cycle time optimization, fault tolerance and safe operating modes in mind. Ladder Diagram (LD), Function Block Diagram (FBD) and Structured Text (ST) programming languages are used.

Comprehensive service including commissioning, operator training and backup file delivery is offered. Updating or reprogramming your existing PLC systems is also performed.

Our PLC Programming Scope

  • Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi PLC platforms
  • New system installation and existing system update
  • Safety functions (Safety PLC, SIL certification)

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions and answers about PLC Programming

Will we receive the source code when getting PLC programming service?+
Yes, as Botex System we deliver the source code to the customer in all projects. PLC program file, I/O list, annotated ladder diagram and technical documentation are a standard part of project delivery. Having the source code with the customer allows you to act independently in the future.
Can you update my existing PLC program?+
Yes, we analyze and update existing PLC programs. In the first step, we examine the existing program, identify deficiencies and prepare an improvement plan. We add new functions, fix errors and perform performance optimization while maintaining backward compatibility.
What is the PLC programming service price?+
PLC programming cost varies depending on the PLC brand used, number of I/O points, software complexity and project scope. As Botex System, we evaluate your project on-site with a free discovery visit and present a fixed-price offer. You can create a request through the contact form.
Will I lose my program in case of PLC failure?+
Program backup is done as standard in Botex System projects. At each project delivery, current program backups are saved to the customer and secure cloud environment. Since the program can be accessed in case of PLC hardware failure, it can be quickly loaded onto the backup PLC.
Is it necessary to stop production during PLC commissioning?+
Short-term production stoppage is unavoidable in new installation projects. However, in updating existing systems, we minimize planned downtime. For this, we complete the test in a simulation environment in advance, prepare the commissioning procedure and generally commission during weekends or planned maintenance periods.
