Material Suction: Enables materials such as plastic raw materials, seeds or food products to be sucked from silos or hoppers and transported to another point (usually to loaders or processing machines). This system is also called a Vacuum Loader.

Why is a mobile loader preferred over fixed systems?+
Mobile loaders with their wheeled structure are easily transported between different production machines or areas; they provide flexible use without fixed installation costs. It is a cost-effective solution for small and medium-sized facilities.
What is the maximum height of a mobile loader?+
Standard models can feed materials to machine hoppers at heights of 2-4 metres. Higher points can be reached with telescopic arm or extra height adaptor accessories.
Does the mobile loader operate on batteries or is it mains powered?+
Operation with an electric cable is preferred in most models; this provides continuous power. A rechargeable battery option is available in some models, which is particularly advantageous in areas where cable use is not practical.
What materials can it carry?+
It can transport plastic granules, pellets, powder and small particulate materials by suction or mechanical transmission. Appropriate hose diameter and suction capacity are selected according to material type and density.
Is dust leakage and environmental pollution prevented?+
Botex System mobile loaders are equipped with a closed transport line and dust filter. This minimises dust formation in the working environment and protects worker health.
