Vacuum Material Feeding and Automatic Conveying System

Loading Machine

The loading machine is part of a device commonly used in industrial facilities, especially in the plastics, chemicals or food sectors, usually called a Vacuum Material Feeding (Loading) System or Automatic Material Conveyor.

Vacuum Creation: A motorized unit (or connection to a central vacuum system) located at the top of the device creates a strong vacuum in the enclosed chamber.

Automatic Discharge/Feeding: When the material reaches the specified level, the device automatically cuts the vacuum and opens the bottom cover to discharge the material directly into the hopper of the processing machine.

Continuous Production: Eliminates the need for manual handling and loading of raw materials, reducing machine downtime to zero. Hygiene and quality control with closed system conveying minimizes contamination risk.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions and answers about Loading Machine

What materials can a loading machine carry?+
Loading machine can carry plastic, chemical and food materials in granule, pellet, powder, chip and small piece sizes. Different models are available for load capacities from 1 kg to 1000 kg.
What is the difference between automatic and manual loading?+
Automatic loading machines work in programmed cycles with PLC control, eliminating human error and increasing production speed. Manual systems offer lower initial cost but require an operator.
Is special floor or infrastructure required for installation?+
A flat and sturdy floor is sufficient for standard models. Floor reinforcement may be required for heavy-capacity models. Botex System engineers conduct site inspection to determine the appropriate installation infrastructure.
Is it compatible with different injection or extrusion machines?+
Yes, our loading machines are designed to integrate with injection, extrusion and blow moulding machines of different brands and models. Special adaptor and flange options are available.
How long does cleaning take during material changeover?+
Thanks to the quick-release design, material changeover cleaning can generally be completed within 15-30 minutes. More thorough cleaning may be required for colour changes; in this case, the split hopper design provides great convenience.
